A dimensional drop-in for the original ignition position, with the thread, reach, seat and gap reproduced to the original specification.

On gas engines the plug is also a sealing element — it holds combustion pressure and must seat correctly against the head. Getting the thread pitch, reach and seat type right is what prevents compression leaks, thread damage and misfires that no amount of ignition tuning will cure.

This 5-hole prechamber plug is used on MWM TCG 2016 / TCG 3016 and C-A-T CG 132 units in biogas and natural gas CHP plants, including containerised packages.

Storage: keep plugs in the original packaging, dry and free of impact. An insulator crack from careless handling is not a manufacturing defect and will not be covered.

Every TAKUMI plug comes off a vertically integrated line: precision grinding, laser welding, ceramic sintering and a full electrical test. Batch numbers are recorded for full traceability.

The stations below are the ones every production batch passes through — pressure and leakage, spark voltage analysis, ceramic high-voltage resistance, and an aging run. A plug only ships once it has cleared all four.

Q: How do I know it fits my engine?
A: Send us your engine model and serial number, or the OEM part number currently in the engine. We will cross-check it against our reference list and confirm before you order.

Q: What if a plug fails?
A: We warrant our spark plugs against manufacturing defects for a limited period from delivery. Spark plugs are consumable items: the warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from incorrect installation, engine faults, fuel or gas quality problems, or use outside the specified application.

Q: Can I fit this without changing engine settings?
A: Yes. The S-R6A15 reproduces the original thread, reach, seat and gap, so it is a drop-in replacement. No ECU or ignition-parameter change is needed.

Q: Do you supply samples?
A: Samples are not supplied free of charge. Sample cost is negotiable — please contact us with your target model and delivery address.
