Specified for MWM and C-A-T gas engine series covering natural gas, biogas and landfill gas installations, from containerised CHP units to plant-room installations.

Across an engine family the ignition position is common, which is why one plug number often serves several cylinder counts. The compatibility table below shows exactly which models each number covers, so the same part can be stocked for a mixed fleet.

This shielded plug is used on MWM TCG 2032 and C-A-T CG 260 units in biogas, natural gas and landfill gas power stations, where the long shielded cable reaches the ignition position without an extension piece.

Fuel flexibility: the same plug can serve natural gas, biogas and landfill gas installations, but the replacement interval should be shortened as fuel quality deteriorates.

The stations below are the ones every production batch passes through — pressure and leakage, spark voltage analysis, ceramic high-voltage resistance, and an aging run. A plug only ships once it has cleared all four.

Q: How do I know it fits my engine?
A: Send us your engine model and serial number, or the OEM part number currently in the engine. We will cross-check it against our reference list and confirm before you order.

Q: Can you supply under our own brand?
A: Yes — unbranded, your brand/logo, or custom packaging. Minimum quantities apply for custom branding.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
A: 20 pcs per item.

Q: What if a plug fails?
A: We warrant our spark plugs against manufacturing defects for a limited period from delivery. Spark plugs are consumable items: the warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from incorrect installation, engine faults, fuel or gas quality problems, or use outside the specified application.

Q: Can I fit this without changing engine settings?
A: Yes. The S-R6A13 reproduces the original thread, reach, seat and gap, so it is a drop-in replacement. No ECU or ignition-parameter change is needed.
